👥 MEET THE CORE TEAM

 GUILLAUME DEBAUCHEZ — CEO & Founder 
Guillaume is a seasoned airline pilot and recruitment specialist. He founded ASP in 2021 to improve pilot well-being and reshape aviation training and ethics worldwide. His leadership drives ASP’s mission to support the next generation of aviators.
"My vision is to create an ethical recruitment framework for pilots to receive the tools they need to succeed at airline selections, allowing them to get a first job fast and the career they deserve.
I am a firm believer that training should come before evaluation particularly in life-defining moments such as airline selections."
 HUGO MILENKOVIC 
— Pilot Recruitment Specialist
Hugo, an experienced flight instructor formerly with L3Harris and AviaSim and now an A320 pilot at Eurowings, brings his aviation expertise and engineering background to ASP, where he leads Airline Interview Prep courses and 16PF debriefs, combining technical knowledge, cultural awareness, and a passion for supporting aspiring pilots.

 REBECCA LOUGHEED 
— Consultant (Operational Procedures Course)
Rebecca has a diverse flying background, including short-haul operations on the Avro RJ85, long-haul on the A330/A380, A340 cargo, and she currently flies the Boeing 787. She runs The Aviation Place, an e-learning and resource site for pilots, and brings her extensive operational experience to ASP, where she co-developed the Operational Procedures Course and contributes to future training programs that bridge the gap between flight school and airline operations.
 DANA WILSON-SZUCS 
— Lead Psychologist
Dana, who holds a master’s degree in psychology and a lifelong passion for aviation, brings her expertise to ASP through 16PF debriefings, psychological consultations, and well-being content, playing a key role in expanding our resources on human factors, performance, and resilience across all courses, while also volunteering as a trainer and nurturing her love for books, travel,
and the outdoors.
 STEPHANIE KATE LALAS 
— Executive Assistant & Coordinator
Stephanie holds a degree in Business Management from De La Salle University in Manila and brings a unique mix of strategic, creative, and client-focused experience to ASP. As Director of Client Support, Senior Consultant, and Marketing & Productions Manager, she leads client communication, project coordination, and marketing efforts—ensuring a smooth and supportive journey for every pilot who contacts ASP.
 JULIAN G. CH. SCHNEIDER 
— Chief Operating Officer
Julian serves as COO at ASP, where he leads the company’s growth strategy aligning client outreach, customer-centricity and operational procedures —combining a sharp commercial mindset with a deep understanding of the aviation training landscape to connect aspiring pilots with the resources they need to succeed. Julian holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. He furthermore holds pilot licenses under FAA, EASA and CAA UK and is an ICAO English proficiency examiner.

Rebecca runs The Aviation Place - a website offering free e-learning courses and aviation resources. She does a lot of writing within the industry, and her work has been published through various industry websites and publications. An accredited coach, she also volunteers as a pilot mentor.

 Captain Joe 

— JOE DIEBOLDER 
Captain Joe is a seasoned airline pilot and popular aviation YouTuber, currently flying the Boeing 747. With experience from A320 operations to skydiving flights, he brings real-world insight to ASP as a trusted partner—supporting our mission to guide aspiring pilots from training to airline success.
