"I really benefited from Guillaume's experience. He was able to give some practical advice based on the results of the questionnaire. I'm convinced his advice will be very useful during the interview.
I also benefited from this service as it helped me better know myself, which will help me prepare relevant examples for the interview. Definitely worth the investment.
So thank you!"

Hello Guillaume, I just had my first airline interview, sorry it’s a long story but I’m sharing my feedback because I think this might be useful for others.
I’ve been flying for 10 years and professionally (not airlines) for 5 years, I’ve been to many ATOs, met many pilots, read books on the subject but never did I understand what the airline interview was all about before following the ASP course, and I thank you for that because it brings so much peace understanding the rules of games.
As I understand it’s not about telling the interviewers what they want to hear by being someone we are not, and it’s not about telling them true stories that has no use for them, but it’s about looking into our past for evidence of the competencies that they are looking for, preparing answers by funneling the key competencies that we have within ourselves and showcase them from past events, discarding irrelevant stuff, thus making their job easier and enhancing a pleasant overall experience.
PS : I just received a positive answer to my interview.

I had already tried AF 2 years ago without specific preparation, result: postponed 2 years, the debriefing did not reveal any really negative points but rather errors in apprehension of the tests.
I took the Psy2 HOP in September and not wanting to make the same mistake, I took an AIC preparation at ASP, I also added a 1:1 interview supplement with Guillaume. Note that I also passed the Wizzair selections which I succeeded (also in September) The 2 selection processes are different but the AIC allowed me to better understand the expectations of recruiters.
For each of the 2 companies, I did a lot of personal work on the operating mode of the companies so as not to get caught during the interviews. As a good student, I thought about the most relevant examples I could give by filling in the boxes in the excel skills table… a bit laborious but it allows you to sort by choosing the most relevant examples.
I focused my examples on recent flights (< 3 years) but not only, especially the flight that marked you the most… there’s only one and it was 15 years ago!
I really appreciated the 16PF and the debriefing is important to understand, I think about 3/4 were common with the brief debriefing done at the end of the individual psy2 interview.
By understanding the philosophy of the individual interview, I did not go there on the defensive (like the first time) but with the spirit of dispelling the doubts they could express and confirm their expectations. For the group tests, for Wizz or Hop, I made sure to be the good second, to give everyone a chance to speak. I did not chase my nature, I just made sure not to be too enthusiastic. In my case the 1:1 interview was very profitable because I wanted to see the adequacy of the questions asked by the recruiter according to the 16PF without forgetting the debriefing that goes with it… It reassured me about my ability to succeed (even if everything is not in my hands!!!)
I also did a lot of work understanding the skills to guide my answers, without distorting the trait but just by explaining more accurately and clearly arguing. As it is explained in the courses, honesty is important and the preparatory work you do will allow you to bring clarity to your words.

Having followed this course has been a real pleasure. A lot of good advices, concrete examples, and explanations about aviation HR processes.
I am measuring my words but I can tell that knowing all of this can be a game changer into an interview environment. 16PF questionnaire with specialist debriefing is a real added value into this course, I fairly recommend it, it is definitely worth it.

I took the Gold Package.
Regarding Advanced Interview Course, liked how clear, concise, relevant and straight to the point it is. I like the fact that Guillaume knows exactly what he's talking about.

I liked the explanations about the different types of interviews and what recruiters are looking for in them.
The Key Competencies and examples of related questions allow me to see exactly what to expect and how to orient my speech to allow recruiters to see in me the qualities necessary for the position.
The company info sheets are very well done and the explanations of how to create them for yourself are also good. The 16PF test and the debrief is very useful for orientation as well.

I took the Gold Package, which includes the CV and Cover Letter Course. Part of that, I took a CV and Cover Letter review service.
I appreciated Guillaume’s meticulous revision of my CV and Cover Letter. The patient explanations behind each recommendation and change were helpful in understanding the rationale for the adjustments proposed.
His insightful feedback not only helped me understand how recruiters perceive my CV and cover letter, but also helped me to streamline the information for quick comprehension.
By focusing on quality content and reducing its length, it helped me create application documents that capture attention effectively.

Dear Guillaume, I want to tell you how happy I’m about finding your platform and courses. It made my preparation so much easier to plan and to undergo. Kind regards.
Dear Guillaume, I hope you’ve been well. I wanted to let you know how happy I am. I just heard back from FlyDubai and I my application was successful. I’d like to thank you for your help. It was instrumental to this positive outcome.
After experiencing failure in a selection process for which I was poorly prepared, I followed the AIC program, which clearly made me understand the expectations of an airline recruiter.
As a result, I arrived well-prepared, ready to answer all the questions, which also allowed me to have confidence in myself, reduce my stress, and therefore present the best image of myself.

Despite being already experienced and current on type, I find the content of the Sim Preparation Course very helpful.
For me it was also a good review of everything after having been away from aviation for a while, and very good inputs about common mistkes and how to avoid them.

Advanced Interview Course gave me an excellent overview of what will be expected from me during an airline selection. With that in mind and all the simple models, I feel more comfortable entering the room for the interview.
Regarding the Air France selection, the big plus points of this course are for me the 16PF, the experience sheet and the option of a practice 121 interview.
I actually believe that it was easier to fill the experience sheet after having done the 16PF.

I like in Advanced Interview Course the fact that Captain Guillaume goes really deep into the discussion and gives me an overall big picture of the hiring process.
I particularly liked module 8 with examples given for tricky questions. I also like that Guillaume is very passionate about his field of work.
The CV and Cover Letter Course was precise, to the point and gave valuable information.

The whole Advanced Interview Course is very interesting. A real fascination for human resources and recruitment process transpires from each module and make them easy to handle. In a word, I wish I had learned all of this earlier !
The CV and Cover Letter explanations are clear. Each part of CV or CL are viewed step by step and also reminded in a pdf. All examples given are relevant.

Going through the Aer Lingus and easyJet selection processes was a real experience. While I didn’t make it through Aer Lingus after reaching the simulator stage, I kept moving forward—and I’m happy to share that I succeeded in the easyJet selection this October!
Looking back, I can’t overstate how important the training I received was. The program wasn’t just about ticking boxes; it provided a structured, comprehensive approach—company knowledge, competency-based questions, simulator prep—you name it. It gave me the framework I needed to go deeper, to really understand how to stand out when it mattered most.
That preparation made all the difference on selection day. To anyone pursuing their dream, I’d say this: invest in your preparation, trust the process, and keep pushing forward.
A huge thank you to Guillaume and the team for creating something so impactful. You helped make this possible!

Hi, so, I’ve just completed the CV and Cover Letter Course and I have to say, the videos are really well done! 😊 The step-by-step structure is easy to follow and sticking to the recommended word count really helps when adapting my own cover letter. It makes the process feel a lot more manageable. The same applies to the CV – by following the outlined structure, everything just falls into place naturally, which makes putting together my CV much easier than I expected.

One of the things I really love about advanced interview course is the 1:1 interview and the 16PF. It’s not just about preparing for the selection process... Those sessions actually give you a deeper understanding of yourself. It’s like getting a personal insight into your strengths and areas where you could grow which I found really helpful even beyond just preparing for the selection.

Hi Guillaume,
Here is my feedback on your AIC course. I recently completed three assessments and passed them all. Every question asked by the psychologist and the board panel was covered in your course.
The way you break down all aspects of an assessment based on your experience is truly insightful. It allows us to know what to expect and prepares us to anticipate any kind of question, especially with the "experience sheet." Combined with the 16PF analysis and the mock interview, it’s a complete game-changer.
Not to mention the CV course, which helped me secure an invitation for all the assessments in the first place!

Hello Guillaume,
Just finished my 2nd Stage at Emirates and was successful. Your tips regarding the Simulator helped out, went with high confidence and almost no stress.
I can’t recommend your course enough, hopefully more and more people benefit from it, gonna even use this course as I progress in my career.
Thank you.

The Advanced Interview Course and the 1:1 Interview with Guillaume were a game changer for me. I adquired many tools not only to be prepared for an Airlinie Selection process, but also to understand better the big picture of my role as a pilot.
There is plenty information going around about these matter. But ASP is different. You can see in Guillaume and Hugo specialists that know the matter from inside and can understand your needs and give you the information an advices you need. Guillaume took extra time to help me in the 1:1 interview staying longer after ! I had technical problems with my computer to start the meeting.
Thank you!

The CV and Cover Letter Course is direct to the point, exactly how it should be when you write your CV and cover letter, so it sets the tone extremely well.
March 14, 2025
What I liked most about the Sim Preparation Course were the explanations on pitch/power coupling and energy management. I believe this is one of the most important concepts for inexperienced pilots coming out of flight school to understand. The course provides a great overall picture of the classic sim.
March 21, 2025
What I really liked about ASP's CV and Cover Letter Course was the clear explanation of the essential information that should be included in both a CV and a cover letter. I also appreciated the practical examples of do’s and don’ts.

I am amazed with how the Advanced Interview Course covers all aspect the aspects of the selection process with relevant examples
April 4, 2025
Before attending the AIC, I had already participated in several traditional interviews (without a sim session) and was in the process of preparing for two hybrid interviews—at Wizz Air and TUI fly Belgium. I was unsure about what was expected in this type of recruitment and how to prepare effectively. The AIC provided exactly what I needed. I’m now looking forward to starting the Sim Preparation Course.

In the different scenario of the Advanced Interview Course—whether technical, CRM, SOPs, etc.—we find the same management model, decision-making model, and intervention model being applied. It’s good to know how to articulate these models clearly and understand how they are used across various situations.
I also learnt a lot in the company study section—specifically, where to look, what to read, and how to analyze a company’s specificities and strategies. This really helps in being able to present relevant and thoughtful knowledge to the assessor during the interview.
Finally, the way Guillaume gives his answers to the different interview questions and scenario is incredibly helpful for guiding the study and preparation process.

Hello Guillaume,
Just a quick note to thank you for the quality and depth of your selection preparation content. I used your courses to prepare for two selections this year—Air France and HOP—and I’m happy to share that I passed both!
The courses “Réussir la sélection pilote AF – Part 1 and 2” were incredibly helpful. They’re well designed and provide a clear, structured understanding of what is expected from candidates. They really helped me focus my preparation and approach the process with confidence.
I also really appreciated the group exercise done via video call, as it was my first time doing one and it gave me valuable insight into what’s expected in a real selection setting.
Thank you again for your support and the excellent resources!

Hello Hugo,
I wanted to keep you updated following our very long debrief on the 16PF—I received a positive response from Emerald Airlines! I really want to thank you for the quality of our discussion and for the quality of ASP’s content, as I truly feel it actively contributed to this success.
I still have my final selection with Luxair coming up in about two weeks. It’s known to be very selective, so we’ll see ;)

The Advanced Interview Course is a 5/5 for me. What I like about it is the precision of the information and the connections between them. I also appreciate that the AIC contains a 16PF questionnaire.

What I really liked about this Advanced Interview Course were the personality test and the personalized debrief video—both were incredibly helpful! I also really enjoyed the simulated interview questions in Module 8, especially hearing Guillaume’s example answers.

Dear ASP Team,
I’m happy to share that I passed the HOP selection—without even going through the sim! I’m truly grateful for your support. After two failed attempts at Air France (cadet and pro), your training gave me the clarity and structure I needed to succeed this time.
The invaluable insights, interview preparation, and deep understanding of what’s expected from a pilot helped me identify my gaps, strengthen my examples, and walk into the final interview with confidence.
I’ll continue using ASP’s resources for my type rating—and maybe even for a future Air France or captain selection. Thank you for creating such powerful training!

I liked the genuine, well-thought-out content in all aspects of the Advanced Interview Course. The setup of pre-recorded videos made e-learning more effective than standard classroom teaching. On top of that, the course structure was thorough and made sense. Very well done! I would strongly recommend this to anyone, from aspiring to experienced pilots. I couldn’t come up with any improvements since it’s already good enough!

"To prepare for the 2025 Air France cadet selection, I took the AIC course + CV & cover letter course and review, and 16pf + 1:1 interview with Hugo.
I just received the email informing me I had successfully passed the PSY 2 selection phase, a dream I have been working on since 2018...
The ASP packages really helped to understand the key components of the selection process and its specificities in contrast to a traditional selection (from an engineer point of view).
The CV and cover letter course was also very useful, it helped me avoid major mistakes I had done in a previous attempt in 2020. And to finish, I have to say it was a pleasure to work with Hugo on the 16PF and 1:1 interview. His advices were very helpful, and he had a very human/friendly approach which made it even more pleasant.
What I like the most about the AIC course is the way it is explained what is looked for in a good candidate (the 8 non technical skills), and how you're going to illustrate you definitely possess them."

I took the Air France Pack and I’m still currently following the training. So far, I’m satisfied with the lessons learned and the guidance provided to best prepare for these interviews.

The Operational Procedures Course was excellent. The material provided in-depth learning on new topics, and at a level I could get to grips with.
For me, the most valuable aspects were:
- Practical scenarios of NN situations in a commercial environment (incl. accident/incident reports)
- Failure management
- Insights into operations and flight management
- Insights into operations and flight management
- Focus on decision making and the role of the PM (Module 5 "Operations" and 6 "Scenarios")
I also found the "Bonus content" exceptional, I feel like I have a much deeper understanding of the pilot role in commercial aviation."

The Sim Preparation Course offers solid preparation tips for simulator assessments overall. What I appreciated most was the section on pitch settings.
June 17, 2025
Many thanks, Guillaume, for sharing your experience and advices to how pass an interview. I really appreciated the different models in AIC you explained to go out a difficult situation. It helped me a lot and gave me self assurance in succeeding my assessment. Also, understanding what the recruiter expects from you during different interviews is a great value and gives you a lot of confidence.
June 20, 2025
I like how detailed this Advanced Interview Course is. I really learned a lot from this course and each module has a lot of valuable information. I know exactly what I can expect now and how to prepare for it. As an ab initio, it was also nice to get an idea of what a pilot role really is like.
June 25, 2025
Everything is very detailed in Advanced Interview Course, the content is really useful to understand how a recruitment process works, but not only, to become a better pilot.
I guess what could only be improved... I would love to have an Android App which would help non IOS users watching the videos offline.

I really appreciate the way Guillaume delivers the material — with passion, clarity, and real-life experience. He focuses on the key points that truly matter for the interview, making his sessions both practical and impactful. I also loved the 1:1 16PF review with Dana — it was absolutely amazing.

As a newly licensed pilot seeking insight into the airline recruitment process, the Advanced Interview Course was exactly what I needed. It offers a clear and detailed look into what typically happens behind closed doors during airline interviews. Guillaume’s explanations are excellent - grounded in real-life scenarios and easy to relate to your own experiences. I’m extremely grateful to have discovered this course early in my career.
JULY 1, 2025
The Advanced Interview Course allowed me to put in perspective my previous experience and make the best of it in the context of an airline selection preparation. Module 1, 4 and 7 were the best from my point of view.

ASP course is a very useful training of you want to pass an airline selection. I had chosen AlC with pack Wizz Air. I was not ready because I don't know what was expected in an airline interview but thanks to Guillaume and his course, I felt myself in a great confidence even more after the 1:1 consultation...
Thanks to this consultation and Guillaume advices, I could improve my presentation and be clearer on my examples, I was aware of challenges. And I passed HR Wizz Air interview... With the weapons Guillaume gave me, the Airline interview was easier than expected...

I really appreciated Guillaume’s real-life examples and his professional approach. It was also eye-opening to learn about models like the intervention model and to gain deeper insight into the mindset of pilots and captains—something we didn’t really cover in detail at flight school. The live sessions are also excellent and incredibly valuable.

In Advanced Interview Course, I liked that most of all these advices are from the experienced recruiter who has been on the other side for a long time. It gives an idea what are they looking for and how they assess the candidates. Information about 8 competencies is truly amazing, because you get an idea in which areas you have to develop in order to convince the recruiters that you are the right person. Additionally, 16 PF questionnaire is very useful tool allowing you to analyze your character and work on your weak areas.

The Advanced Interview Course has been really really informative, from both the aspect of understanding what is really been asked in the selection interviews and how to approach answering them but also some valuable management models that not all airline teach. I feel more informed and knowledgeable after this course.
It has even inspired the idea of more refinement in my own career path.

Hello Guillaume,
I just wanted to send you a quick message to let you know that I passed my first assessment with Wizz Air and that I am now part of the holding pool.
I studied your course right after my MCC at Simtech in August, and I was quickly contacted by Wizz Air.
I succeeded thanks to your valuable advice. Of course, it requires a lot of personal work, but thanks to your training, I had a completely different perspective and knew exactly what to expect.

Hello Guillaume,
A message to thank you, I had taken the modules for the Psy 2 [psychological assessments], which were very useful to me. The content is very well done and relevant. It worked for me at HOP.
Best of luck with everything.

Dear Mr. Guillaume Debauchez,
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for your program and the guidance you provided. If you remember me, we spoke via Zoom and exchanged a few emails this past summer regarding my failed Fly Dubai Assessment, my preparation, how I should prepare with your program, and my next steps. After that, I applied for Qatar Airways position NTR FO, and continued working through your program every day little by little, and learned a lot besides just the basics for passing an interview.
And I'm happy to share that I've passed the Qatar Airways Assessment with the news just this morning. I'm now placed in the talent pool waiting for my joining date. I believe that your program, its structure, your approach to preparation, and all that follows in the program helped me and played a significant role in this achievement.
For that, I would like to THANK YOU!
Warm regards.

Hello Guillaume,
Here's my feedback on my interview. Everything was very similar to what you explain in your courses and in our 1:1 session. My personality inventory highlighted the same points as the 16 PF, no surprises. I can therefore say that the preparation I did with you was very useful in approaching this interview well. I can also add that the questions asked were focused on CRM and teamwork in the cockpit as well as in the cabin. The rest of the questions were very standard. Thank you again for your advice!
January 31, 2025
Hey ASP team,
I just wanted to share some great news—I passed the Air France / Transavia selection, and it’s all thanks to you!
Your program gave me the structure I needed to prepare properly and really helped me understand how recruiters think. The approach of finding personal examples to illustrate key points was a game-changer.
One of the biggest advantages was the personality test. Going through it and then using it in the individual interview made the whole experience feel as close to the real thing as possible.
A special shoutout to Hugo for breaking down my 16PF results and guiding me through my interview prep.
Honestly, I can’t thank you enough. I felt like I had a whole team behind me, and that made all the difference. This success is ours to share—thank you, thank you, thank you!
May 23, 2025
What I really liked about this Advanced Interview Course were the personality test and the personalized debrief video—both were incredibly helpful! I also really enjoyed the simulated interview questions in Module 8, especially hearing Guillaume’s example answers.
MAY 16, 2024
Sim Preparation Course is very well explained, and the use of real-life examples and experiences makes the content lighter, easier to follow, and easier to understand.
MAY 9, 2025
AIC gives a view from a recruiter’s perspective with good examples. The intervention models and decision-making framework made me realize a lot of things I can apply in the interview.
MAY 2, 2025
The Advanced Interview Course is a 5/5 for me. What I like about it is the precision of the information and the connections between them. I also appreciate that the AIC contains a 16PF questionnaire.

Succeeded at Wizzair selection for an A320 first officer position end of July 2025, received the offer letter January 2026, start date of contract is 2nd of March 2026.
Amazing experience, this course was a game-changer for me. I really loved the format of the online course that allows you to do most of the study by yourself, and then the option of individual 1:1 and/or collective sessions to practice or work on personal situations. The course and the ASP team made all the difference between flying and never entering the cockpit. Thank you again for all your work.

Dear ASP Team, I have sucessfully passed the European Flight Academy's final assessment 🎉! This was always my biggest dream and I still can't believe it 🥺. You guys made such a big difference for me, I learned so much and will continue applying that knowledge in the future. Thank you so much for everything!
I think the biggest advice I can give out for future candidates is to properly show your motivation, know and be confident in your abilities whilst being reflective and humble, and of course keeping the 4 golden rules in mind 😄.
Looking back, joining AIC was one of the best investments I've made in my life. It made such a big difference as it taught me so much about the airline pilot role and the art of interviews. What the recruiters are looking for in candidates, and how to present yourself and the information in a structured manner.
For example, during the Interview I got asked a challenging behavioural question by recruiter. I applied the knowledge I learnt in AIC by having examples ready, and always turning it to a positive!

Dear Guillaume and ASP team, this morning I just received the message from Ryanair that my assessment was successful!!! 😁😁 I am going to start the type in July. I am so happy for this achievement. I really thank you all for the preparation and the knowledge you have given to me. Best money spent 😁.
Yesterday I have also faced the TUI online interview, I felt really at ease and prepared, and it is way more demanding compared to the Ryanair’s one, still waiting for result but I feel that I have lacked a bit on the tech part.
Thank you so much for everything. I will continue following the course till the end.
🥺😁

Hi Guillaume, I am very happy to tell you that I have passed the Lufthansa Group Assessment Center for the European Flight Academy. Thank you very much for the video material and the AIC sessions. They have given me confidence going into the interview! And thank you for your recommendation to do a discovery flight. I did a touch and go, a landing and pretty much the whole flight on my own and it was the best experience I have ever had!

Hello Team,
I recently had the privilege of a one-on-one consultation with Capt. Guillaume regarding my CV and Cover Letter, and the experience was highly rewarding. While my CV was already aligned with the standard template and required only minor refinements, he thoroughly addressed and cleared all my underlying doubts.
My primary challenge was the Cover Letter, specifically the section highlighting the prospective airline. Capt. Guillaume expertly extracted relevant information from public domain documents and seamlessly integrated it into the text. I was amazed by his ability to craft a highly impactful, tailored cover letter in just 300 words. a level of precision and clarity I had previously been unable to achieve, even with the assistance of AI tools.

I finally got my first job offer in the cockpit - with an amazing company! As you know, I had to endure some setbacks. But your course and your input made the difference. As we say in German, my „knot has untied“ - finally!
Thank you for everything! Keep up the great work you are doing! 🙏

Hi Dana, Thanks so much for the debrief - I've watched it through and read the summary, and it's really helpful. What struck me most is how accurately it describes me - it really does lines up closely with how I see myself. The interview prep suggestions are spot on too, so I'll start building out those examples, especially SOP adherence and balancing trust with cross-checking. Thanks again - it's given me a clear sense of where to focus.

5/5 for Advanced Interview Course.
I really liked the vision given from a recruiter point of view and how it makes feel that everything makes sense. I understand better the recruitment process. It also gives a very efficient method to identify, classify relevant examples to be used. I think it opened my eyes and gave me a new look on the examples I had prepared : I realized that some of them are very rich and I didn't know that and others are not as useful as I thought as they are just stories and not key competencies proofs. The course can be downloaded and taken offline and that is a very good point, especially when taking it on the train or on stopovers where wifi isn't really good. What would be nice is that when you login again with the device used offline the progression in terms of percentage of checked modules could be synchronized. As a matter of fact, I finished all the modules but only 30% are marked as done.

Dear Capt. Guillaume and ASP team,
I would like to share a good news that I have passed my assessment with Etihad as A320 FO.
ASP has been a great support since the beginning of my career. The group discussion practice and the 1-1 has greatly helped me prepare for this assessment. Special thanks to Capt Guillaume for the guidance and support received on the last minutes 1-1 session.
Looking forward for more exiting products and my best wishes to the team!

Thank you, Guillaume Debauchez, for our one-on-one (session), I passed my initial interview with Cathay after that.
I was lucky it wasn’t as intense, but the training did the whole difference.

DHello all, I would like to thank everyone involved here, also the fellow members who are grinding to get to this point because your feedback and personal stories were super inspiring and motivating to keep going.
Early november I'll be starting my type rating on the B747 with Air Belgium and I couldn't have dreamed of a better start to my flying career than this.
Special thanks to Guillaume for creating this extraordinary course, for helping me tailor my profile and present myself anew considering the complexities of my profile and backstory. This course is lifechanging and I will take it with me to this new challenge and beyond.

October 21, 2026
Dear all,
It is with immense joy that I share with you that after a long journey, I have finally realized my childhood dream: becoming an airline pilot, securing a position as a First Officer (co-pilot) on the Airbus A321.
It all started in 2021, when I made the decision to change my life at age 38 to take on the hardest gamble I've ever known: pursuing the dream of a lifetime.
I could give you a nice speech about hard work, perseverance, dedication, passion...
These values are important, of course. But looking honestly at my journey, I realize that this success comes down above all to one thing: I was not alone.
Unfortunately, I cannot cite everyone who supported me along the way, but I want to give special thanks to those who played a decisive role in my training:
Boris Sampoil — Thank you for your commitment and the quality of your teaching during the ATPL theoretical phase. You gave me the necessary knowledge, but above all, you helped me believe that it was possible to become an airline pilot, even after 40. I wish you all the best for what comes next at Air France!
Simtech Aviation — Thank you for the excellence of your APS MCC training. Your instruction deeply shaped the pilot I am today and continues to stay with me daily. Your instructors are among the best I have met. A special mention to your office team, whose support fully contributes to this exceptional experience.
Guillaume Debauchez and Airline Selection Programme — Thank you for your training, your team, and that decisive meeting before my airline assessment. You helped me understand what is truly expected during an airline pilot selection. Without you, I might never have become an airline pilot.
Beyond my personal journey, which is just a drop in the ocean, your work is essential for all those pilots and aspiring pilots who have the potential to be — or already are — safe, competent pilots and good team players, but who struggle to present themselves as convincing candidates to airline recruiters.
In other words, I sincerely believe that your work allows candidates and airline recruitment teams to understand each other better, and it contributes to improving the overall efficiency of the airline pilot recruitment process.
Finally, I am deeply grateful to my family, my close friends, and my colleagues.
Without your unwavering support throughout all these years, none of this would have been possible.
This success is yours. It is ours.
